The SVL Club wrapped up an exciting and competitive cricket season with a fantastic end-of-season party that brought together players, families, and supporters for a night of celebration and fun. The evening kicked off with an awards ceremony recognizing standout performances throughout the season. Trophies were presented for categories including Best Batsman, Best Bowler, Best Fielder and Most Valuable Player.
Captains and organizers also shared a few words, reflecting on the hard-fought matches, team spirit, and the camaraderie that defined the season

Special recognition was also given to our talented youth players, who showed great promise, dedication, and sportsmanship throughout the year. Their enthusiasm and growth have been a proud highlight for the club, and they received medals and certificates to honor their efforts and development. Special thanks to Akther , our youth cricket coach for all the support.

Following the formalities, the night came alive with a delicious buffet spread featuring a Special Indian dishes, complemented by drinks. As the lights dimmed and the DJ Rahul Dave took over, the dance floor quickly filled up, with players showing off their moves to a lively mix of music. Families, friends, and teammates danced, laughed, and shared stories from the season, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. It was the perfect way to close the chapter on a memorable season, with everyone already looking forward to what’s ahead for SVL cricket – especially the rising stars in our youth squad.

Milestones achieved this year :

• SVL Whites scored a massive 272 runs against MCC, the highest team total this season. They also bowled out MCC for just 28 runs, setting a new club record for the lowest opposition score and biggest win margin.

• Sajal and Rishabh forged a formidable opening partnership of 177 runs against GPCC.

• Vikyath and Siddharth each claimed a brilliant five-wicket haul in the same innings.
